Call for Abstracts: Indigenous Tech Summit Workshop Programme

Share your mātauranga at the Indigenous Tech Summit! We’ve opened the call for abstracts for our workshop programme. If you have mahi, a case study or mātauranga you’d love to explore with others, tono mai!
There are only 10 one-hour workshop slots available. Workshops will run in the MATIU breakout room at Tākina, alongside the main summit programme.
Your kōrero should align with at least one of our five Pou:
- Ancestral Wisdom & Wayfinding
- AI, Lore & Indigenous Data Sovereignty
- Global Indigenous Connections
- Tech Enterprise & Innovation
- Rangatahi Futures & Te Pae Tawhiti 2050
Abstracts close 5pm, Thursday 23 October 2026.
Please note: if you’re offered a workshop slot, you (and any fellow presenters) will need a valid Indigenous Tech Summit ticket, and you’ll need to bring your own stationery.
